Online Consultation is a facility that Homoeozone provides for patients who are in distant locations and cannot walk into our clinics.
You will have to download a proforma from this panel, fill in the details as elaborate as possible and send us back.
After our doctors go through your filled in proforma and finalize your medication, you will be directed to a payment gateway to make the payment for your medicines/consultation.
After this your medicines will be dispatched and will reach you within seven working days.
Proforma Fee : 100.00
The Proforma will be sent once payment is confirmed

All Medicines will be sent by Courier
If you like to speak with our doctors, we will arrange a Skype Consultation after the Proforma has been filled and sent back.
